03/01/2025 建议增加以下新制度： 伊利诺伊州中部美国华人协会管理细则 名誉主席制度 高级顾问制度 荣誉会员制度 《伊利诺伊州中部美国华人协会管理细则》 以下是根据《伊利诺伊州中部美国华人协会章程》（BY-LAWS）起草的《管理细则》，内容细化操作规范并确保与章程条款一致： 第一章 会员管理 第1条 会员注册 申请人需通过协会官网或书面表格提交注册申请，附身份证明及联系方式； 缴纳会员年费； 董事会授权会员管理专员审核会员资格，通过后，完成会员注册。 拉入会员微信群。 第2条 会费管理 年度会费标准由董事会每年2月底公示下一届金额； 缴费方式包括银行转账、支票或线上支付，缴费凭证需存档备查； 逾期未缴费者，会员管理专员适时把名单通报给董事会办公群。逾期达60天时，自动暂停其会员权利，请离会员群，并以电子邮件通知本人。 第3条 会员权益 正式会员可凭电子会员卡参与专属活动，享受合作商家折扣（清单每季度更新）； […]
