To engage in cultural, educational, and social activities among all the Chinese within the area. The CAACI’s annual events include celebrations for the Chinese New Year’s, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, workshop, forums, and education activities throughout the year.

The president of CAACI will work with the below groups and all in the community
PRESIDENT
Lead CAACI, set directions for the association, coordinate multiple community agencies, centers, advisory groups, student engagement, etc.
VICE PRESIDENT
Assist President and plans meeting location and logistics needs and manage website and manage technology needs.
TREASURER
Manage accounting, financial and tax reporting, collect money and manage invoices.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR
Engage communities and local businesses and increase visibility of CAACI.
CULTURE DIRECTOR
Promote Chinese culture and manage educational programs.
COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Send monthly e-newsletters, manage social media and maintain website.
MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR
Recruit members and manage membership and renewal.
SECRETARY
Takes minutes at all board meetings and coordinate among directors
STUDENT ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR
Student leaders at Chinese Student and Scholar Association (CSSA), who are ambassadors between the residents and Chinese students.
WORKING COMMITTEE
Will be organized for different initiatives as the board sees a fit.
