I. Exhibition Overview

II. Theme of the Exhibition

“Moving Toward the World, Toward the Future, Toward Hope”

III. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 25 and under. Subdivisions by grade level are:

  • Lower Elementary (Grades 1–3)
  • Upper Elementary (Grades 4–6)
  • Middle School
  • High School (including vocational high schools and general secondary specialized schools)
  • College/University Students

IV. Submission Categories

  • Calligraphy (soft brush, hard pen)
  • Chinese Painting
  • Oil Painting
  • Sketch
  • Children’s Painting (including watercolor, gouache, oil pastel, marker pen, etc.)
  • Digital Art

Each participant may submit one piece per category, with a maximum of two pieces in total.

V. Submission Requirements

  1. Soft Brush Calligraphy:
    • Recommended sizes: 138 × 34 cm (“four-foot paper” cut in half) or 69 × 46 cm (“four-foot paper” cut in thirds), vertical format.
  2. Hard Pen Calligraphy:
    • A4 size, vertical format.
  3. Chinese Painting:
    • Recommended sizes: 138 × 34 cm or 69 × 46 cm, vertical format.
  4. Other Painting Forms:
    • Dimensions no larger than 60 × 40 cm and no smaller than A4.
  5. Digital Art:
    • Dimensions no larger than 60 × 40 cm and no smaller than A4, resolution not below 100 dpi, with a statement of creative concept. An original file must be provided separately.

VI. Community’s Cooperative Organizing Institution

Registration Deadline: April 12, 2025

Participation Fee:

  • CAACI individual/family members: USD 20 per person
  • Non-members: USD 40 per person

Additional Information:

  • Participants in this painting and calligraphy exhibition may have the opportunity to travel to China at their own expense to attend the awards ceremony.
  • CAACI plans to hold a local art exhibition in the fall; details will be announced at a later date.

25 周岁及以下的青少年。按照年级分组：

  • 小学低年级组（ 一至三年级 ）
  • 小学高年级组（ 四至六年级 ）
  • 初中组
  • 高中组（含职业高中、普通中等专业学校）
  • 大学生组

四、征稿类别

  • 书法（软笔书法、硬笔书法）
  • 中国画
  • 油画
  • 素描
  • 儿童画（含水彩、水粉、油画棒、马克笔等）
  • 数字美术

每位参赛者每个类别限投一幅，投稿数量最多两幅。

五、作品要求

  1. 软笔书法作品
    • 四尺对裁（138×34 厘米）或四尺三裁（69×46 厘米），竖幅
  2. 硬笔书法作品
    • A4 大小，作品纸竖幅
  3. 国画作品
    • 四尺对裁（138×34 厘米）或四尺三裁（69×46 厘米），竖幅
  4. 其它画种
    • 尺寸不超过 60×40 厘米，不小于 A4 大小
  5. 数字美术作品
    • 画布不超过 60×40 厘米，不小于 A4 大小，分辨率不低于 100dpi
    • 需附创意说明，并单独提交原创文件
